Job Summary:

Saint Joseph London and Berea is seeking a skilled Clinical Resource Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Resource RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  2. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  3. Implement evidence-based practices and protocols to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  4. Delegate and supervise routine technical functions to non-licensed and licensed personnel as needed.
  5. Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited/approved school of nursing with a BSN preferred.
  • Current State Registered Nurse (RN:KY) licensure.
  • AHA Basic Life Support CPR (BLS-CPR) certification.
  • AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification.
  • Minimum two years of experience as an RN in an acute care facility with critical care experience required.
