Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobile Therapist to join our Clinical Transition and Stabilization Services (CTSS) team at Bethanna. As a CTSS Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing therapy and support to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy to clients in community-based settings, such as homes, schools, and daycare centers.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the case management team.
  • Provide crisis intervention consultation 24/7 and offer therapeutic support to foster families, biological families, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with selecting and connecting clients with appropriate treatment and supportive resources.
  • Facilitate discharge from the CTSS program and ensure a smooth transition for clients.
  • Utilize applied behavioral analysis methods to create behavioral plans for addressing target symptoms.
  • Write treatment plans in collaboration with other team members, including treatment goals and strategies for all relevant domains.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree from a regionally accredited program in a clinical mental health discipline, with a clinical practicum in child/adolescent mental health.
  • A minimum of one year of post-Master's experience providing assessment, treatment, and case management services to children in the mental health and child welfare system.
  • Experience with family systems and behavioral interventions, with training and experience in play therapy a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team member and navigate multiple systems.
  • Effective written communication skills, with the ability to submit a clinical writing sample.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Free of communicable diseases, as verified by a physician's statement.
  • Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances completed within the last year.
  • Access to a personal vehicle for transportation purposes, with a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and car insurance.

  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with other personnel.
  • Apply self readily to assignments, dress professionally, and present self in a competent manner.
  • Demonstrate good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to cope well with stress and remain flexible in accommodating change.
  • Have high ethical and moral character, with a desire to improve professionally and explore own strengths and weaknesses.
