**Children's Crisis Treatment Center** is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate **Multilingual Therapist** to join our team. As a **Family Services Specialist**, you will play a vital role in providing home-based family therapy to children and their families.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both English and Spanish, as well as a Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field. Previous experience working with children and families is required, along with the ability to work in a dynamic, Sanctuary accredited agency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide home-based family therapy to children and their families
- Work alongside a co-therapist and AAMFT-approved clinical supervisor, participating in routine clinical training
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each family
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of two years' experience in behavioral health services
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Training and experience working with child victims of abuse and neglect a plus
