Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Esthetician to join our team in Manhattan, NYC. As an Esthetician at Restore, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skin care consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality treatments to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert skin care consultations and develop tailored treatment plans to meet each client's unique needs and objectives.
- Responsible for generating and maintaining a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and personalized attention.
- Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre and post-treatment care instructions, to ensure a safe and effective experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of each client's session to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Suggest and promote retail products and cross-sell other Restore therapies to enhance esthetic services and meet client goals.
- Assist with store operations, including greeting customers, answering calls, conducting tours, promoting membership packages, and operating wellness equipment.
- Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for members and guests, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the vision, mission, and goals of Restore, modeling the values and culture of our organization.
- Active Esthetician license.
- Certified in Cryoskin equipment (preferred but not required).
- Certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment (preferred but not required).
- Passionate about providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
