Job Title: Associate Director for Residential Services

At Lifetime Assistance Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director for Residential Services to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative supervision to our residential services, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of individual case files and operational records.
  2. Ensure compliance with Agency standards and all applicable State and Federal regulations through quarterly management audits.
  3. Develop and implement evaluations, assessments, and Individual Service Plans to meet the social, physical, psychological, developmental, and protective oversight needs of individuals supported.
  4. Participate in the screening and interviewing of applicants for leadership positions and make recommendations for employment and/or dismissal.
  5. Provide ongoing supervision, evaluation, training, and coaching to leadership staff.
  6. Coordinate services between residential services and day, pre-vocational, or vocational service providers.
  7. Develop policies and procedures in collaboration with team members and the Vice President and/or Director of Residential Services and Supports.
  8. Oversee the coordination of admissions, movements, and discharges for the Residential Services and Support department.
  9. Participate in the development of the annual budget for supports and services and monitor expenditures.
  10. Serve as a positive role model for support staff and individuals served, promoting positive and respectful interactions.
  11. Participate in ongoing program services and development activities as assigned.
  12. Serve on Program/Agency Committees as requested.
  13. May be requested to administer medications and/or provide tube feedings, subject to valid LPN or RN license or successful completion of training and certification.
  14. Provide administrative coverage in the absence of the Vice President or Director of Residential Services and Supports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field and two (2) years supervisory experience in providing services to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • May be required to meet Federal and/or State requirements as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP).
  • Exceptional candidates with an Associate's degree in a related field and four (4) years supervisory experience may be considered.
