About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Human Resources professional to join our team at Teltonika US in Dallas, Texas. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR functions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and collaborating with various departments to streamline pre-boarding and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update HR documents, such as employment contracts and amendments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage personnel information within our HRM system (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and other internal platforms, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with departments to optimize pre-boarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, system access, and equipment orders.
  • Review and update company policies and general guidelines, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws in Dallas and other U.S. states, staying up-to-date on regulatory changes and updates.
  • Address employee inquiries, including requests for sick leave, time off, and office improvements, providing timely and effective support.
  • Support the organization of HR events, including training sessions, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Coordinate HR administrative tasks in close collaboration with the Head of the North America region, HR Development, and the HQ office to share best practices and optimize processes.
  • Organize office meetings, events, and training sessions as needed, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Perform data entry, maintain confidential records, and handle filing tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and booking travel arrangements, providing administrative support to the team.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of Human Resources experience across the U.S., with a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with United States labor laws related to HR functions, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
