Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Manage and train Working Partners/General Managers, conduct management orientation, and direct employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards.
  • Operations Oversight: Oversee multiple drive-in employees and management in performing all duties in the Basic Stations, ensuring the preparation, temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, taste, and service of all menu items meet operational standards.
  • Employee Management: Adhere to and monitor management compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies, and practices, address employee issues and policy violations, and report all employee issues, complaints, and policy violations to your immediate supervisor.
  • Cost Control and Inventory Management: Monitor multiple drive-in cost control procedures for food, labor, paper, and inventory, take immediate corrective action when necessary, and audit drive-in employment-related records and payroll records.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement a marketing plan for the region, and prepare all necessary operational reports for multiple drive-ins.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), experience running shifts without supervision, and multi-unit supervision experience preferred.
  • Skills: Leadership and supervisory practices and skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, basic accounting and computer skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills, and ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions.
