The Opportunity: As a Vigilant Healthcare Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced oncology setting. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to oncology patients, including administering medications, conducting medical procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in oncology nursing.

- A competitive salary range of $145,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Maine or eligibility for licensure by examination.
