About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team in the digital instrument manufacturing industry.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of quality systems, tools, and manufacturing processes, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality audits of the assembly line to ensure compliance with standards
  • Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to improve product quality
  • Train assembly staff on quality control processes and best practices
  • Maintain detailed records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation

Salary Range:

$75,000 - $90,000 per year, plus 0-5% production bonus based on company performance

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in a technical field
