Quality Assurance Expert

At Polamer Precision, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Manufacturing Quality Engineer Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our complex aerospace engine components.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance, life insurance, 401k funding, and more.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global aerospace manufacturing company specializing in demanding applications. As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in quality engineering and a proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing techniques.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining supplier quality systems and processes
  • Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with AS9100 and other relevant standards
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive process efficiency and product quality
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance) and at least 5 years of quality-related experience
  • Knowledge of AS9100 and other relevant industry standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
