Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and design workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop systems to optimize resource utilization, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques and conduct time studies to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with quality and production teams to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks.
  • Monitor and improve workplace safety standards and compliance.
  • Create and maintain documentation of processes and improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in process optimization and workflow design.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
