Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Develop systems to optimize resource utilization, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques and conduct time studies to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks.
- Monitor and improve workplace safety standards and compliance.
- Create and maintain documentation of processes and improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in process optimization and workflow design.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
