About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant - Ophthalmology to join our team at CEENTA. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide clinical and administrative support to our physicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to ophthalmologists during patient examinations and procedures.
  • Assist with patient registration, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Conduct preliminary eye exams, including visual assessments and tonometry.
  • Prepare patients for procedures and assist with post-procedure care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements
  • Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) or Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) certification preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in ophthalmology or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
