Role Summary:
The Customer Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the HireVue experience, serving as the first point of contact for candidates and clients. This position demands a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction, with a continuous drive for improvement. Successful candidates will possess a positive and open mindset, celebrating team achievements, communicating proactively, and demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction through ownership of inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer and candidate inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Complete tasks assigned by the support manager.
- Investigate, research, and resolve customer issues utilizing the HireVue system.
- Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate call logs and reports.
- Identify, document, and report trends or issues in customer interactions to the supervisor.
- Propose enhancements to processes.
- Be available for night or weekend shifts as required.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.
- Proficient reading and writing abilities, with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Technologically adept, capable of troubleshooting technical issues while managing multiple systems.
- A minimum of 2 years in a customer service role; experience in technical support is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
- Experience in customer communication is preferred.
