Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist - Lead Role to join our team at Dollar General. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing cash handling procedures, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and taking out trash.
- Operate cash registers, handle returns, and process refunds.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience are preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
