About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Planning Specialist to join our team in Florence, KY.

Job Description

This is a key role that involves managing the demand plan and ensuring timely shipment information. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a feasible operational plan that balances customer needs, internal capacities, and operational efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in material planning or production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate demand forecasts that align with customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a feasible and efficient operational plan.
  • Ensure the successful execution of the operational plan.

Benefits include a competitive base salary ($65,000), medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K match, and paid time off.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma/equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in material planning or production scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory management.
