Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at DC Group. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all shipments, inventory management, and warehouse operations for our region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and track inventory, ensuring accurate counts and timely shipments.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate with third-party warehouses to stage and ship customer orders, and receive and process incoming shipments.
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Initiate purchase orders and receiving documents for proper inventory and purchasing controls.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Track incoming and outgoing freight, and maintain accurate delivery dates in our system.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software applications.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
