Compensation:
$27.00 per hour

Employee Benefits:

  • Reimbursement for travel time and mileage
  • Support for the renewal of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism in various environments, including homes and schools.
  • Collaborate with a program supervisor to teach essential skills such as communication, socialization, and independence, while also addressing challenging behaviors.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to treatment goals.
  • Maintain a commitment to consistent attendance and effective communication.
Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability during after-school hours and weekends
  • Experience in childcare is required
