Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Behavioral Technician to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation & Affiliates. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of positive behavior support plans and collecting and analyzing data to inform our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of positive behavior support plans under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services and the Assistant Director of Clinical Services.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform our services and support the development of effective behavior support plans.
  • Assist with conducting assessments and developing behavior support plans in collaboration with our clinical team.
  • Provide support to individuals with complex behavioral needs, including those with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
