About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to clients and families
Providing direct support to clients in various settings, including client homes, community spaces, and outpatient offices
Complying with all safety and procedure protocols to ensure the well-being of clients under your care

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance/registration
Reliable transportation for transporting clients
Ability to pass extensive background checks and drug screenings
Day and evening availability, with occasional weekend shifts

Preferred Qualifications:
Registered Behavior Technician certification
Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
