Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to work in various settings, including client homes, community spaces, and our outpatient offices. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing behavioral interventions, collecting data, and collaborating with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:- Implement behavioral interventions and collect data under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance/registration
- Reliable transportation for transporting clients
- Ability to pass extensive background checks and drug screenings
- Day and evening availability, including occasional weekends
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
- Technical writing skills and ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Full-time eligibility at 30 hours per week
- Sign-on bonus for credentialed RBTs
