Patient Advocate Role at Tenet Healthcare

We are seeking a skilled Patient Advocate to join our team at Tenet Healthcare. As a Patient Advocate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible experience for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interviews with patients and/or family members to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Record and maintain accurate documentation of activities performed, including financial clearance and collections.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with patients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Conduct field visits to patient homes for skiptracing and assist patients with documents as needed.
