As a member of the AMP Team, you will concentrate on five primary areas of development as you master the essentials of digital marketing:

  • Project Management: You will oversee critical project management functions, including scheduling, scoping, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Client Coordination and Management: You will facilitate projects alongside client counterparts and produce client-ready documents such as competitive analyses, statements of work, schedules, briefs, and risk assessments.
  • Marketing: You will gain insights into your client's business and the art of marketing while delivering effective campaigns that align with strategic objectives.
  • Communication and Engagement: You will learn to utilize appropriate communication tools, engage effectively, and actively participate in meetings and project discussions.
  • Financial Operations: You will develop an understanding of fundamental business financials, including forecasting, promoting healthy margins, and managing operational processes.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting large initiatives while independently leading smaller projects.
  • Setting projects up for success through proper planning and team alignment.
  • Ensuring clients and internal teams are aligned and progressing in the same direction.
  • Anticipating project needs and proactively addressing potential challenges.
  • Removing obstacles to success for the team.
  • Actively seeking and sharing knowledge with project teams and within the Account Management & Project Management functions.
