Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations and Growth Manager to join our team at Akron Children's Hospital. This role will play a critical part in driving the growth and development of our Primary Care Network.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with Primary Care Service Line leadership to drive service line initiatives and support the development of our Primary Care Network.
  2. Project Management: Function independently or lead a team to plan and organize multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and successful implementation.
  3. Operational Support: Provide operational support for new ACHP acquisitions and offices, including onboarding new providers and staff.
  4. Project Documentation: Create detailed project documentation, including project plans, charters, and GL ledgers.
  5. Metrics and Reporting: Track and monitor ACHP core metrics and provide regular status reports to the Director of Operations.
  6. Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly project meetings and operations meetings to ensure seamless communication and project updates.
  7. Special Projects: Assist with specialty projects as needed, providing operational support and expertise.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with 3-5 years of direct supervisory experience or project management preferred.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  3. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and EMRs, with experience working with outside vendors and architects.
