Job Description: As an Executive Assistant at NKSFB, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Garden City office. You will be responsible for approving employee timecards and PTO, collecting and processing incoming bills, and maintaining the office calendar. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple tasks and priorities. Additionally, you will serve as the first point of contact for recruiting needs, participate in onboarding meetings, and represent the Garden City Office on the Events Committee.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
