Job Description

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Southlake Town Square in Southlake, TX. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional retail store experience for our customers, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and retail stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
  • Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways, providing knowledge on our products.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
  • Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
  • Unpack inventory boxes as required, weighing up to 30 pounds.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices.
  • Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
