The Asphalt Paver Training Program at Crimson Ventures is a comprehensive training program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the asphalt construction industry.

Program Structure

The program is divided into three years, each with a unique focus:

  • Year 1: Foundation and Construction Principles
    • Training at the construction training center for all construction professions
    • Vocational school education for both vocational and cross-vocational training
  • Year 2: On-Site Training and Team Integration

  • Year 3: Advanced Skills and Machine Operation
    • Deepening of learned skills and company-based training
