The Gig

We're seeking a confident and persuasive individual to join our Membership Sales and Client Experience Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for connecting with our clients, learning about their experience, and presenting our membership options in a way that fits their needs. You'll also be onboarding new members, ensuring they maximize their membership, and posting to our social media accounts during classes.

What We Offer

We provide flexible part-time hours, extensive support and personal development, leadership opportunities, and the chance to be part of a growing franchise organization. Compensation includes $15 per class + $10 per membership sold + free dance classes. It's ideal to have a tablet or iPad for this role.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with customer service and/or sales experience, who thrives on forming meaningful rapport with everyone they meet. You should be fun, values-driven, and obsessed with excellence. Most importantly, you're persuasive, articulate, and confident.
