Sales and Marketing Director for Consumer Goods

At Red Bull, we're looking for a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to join our team, responsible for driving sales and growth across our consumer goods portfolio.


As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be accountable for developing and executing strategic plans to increase sales and market share, while also identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.


The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of the consumer goods industry and its trends. They will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues, and will be skilled in data analysis and market research.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Lead high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and market growth.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid US Driver's License and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.


Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.

Location
