Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of VA.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in skilled nursing.
  • The ability to provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents, families, and caregivers.
  • The ability to maintain resident confidentiality and accurately document patient information.
