  • Oversee and assign service and repair orders.
  • Work closely with the receiving department to ensure a smooth influx of all incoming service and repair orders into the service area.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to guarantee that service repair orders and travel documents clearly outline the objectives to meet customer requirements.
  • Uphold a high standard of quality control and ensure efficient turnaround times on all active repair orders.
  • Provide training and mentorship to both existing and new team members.
  • Ensure a high level of cleanliness, organization, and structured workflow processes within the department.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven management and leadership experience.
  • Ability to operate machinery such as lathes and mills.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, with a preference for familiarity with the production and servicing of automotive dampers.
