Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join our team at Digital Technology Solutions. As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and consultation services to our clients in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and applications supported by the District.
  • Act as the first line of contact for technical support and troubleshooting for District stakeholders.
  • Think critically and quickly to identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for software and hardware.
  • Enhance the customer experience by resolving technical issues at the first point of engagement.
  • Use the District's information technology service management (ITSM) tool to accurately record, track, and assign service requests and incidents.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or computer training program completion.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum two (2) years help desk or technical support/computer related experience.
  • Must possess knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Must be intermediate-to-advanced user of Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
