Helpdesk Support Specialist

As a Helpdesk Technician I at Stefanini Group, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users via various communication channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or web chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PC hardware and software
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT-related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and technical support software
