Job Summary

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and trade organizations to maintain and grow sales in their territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers to understand their formwork needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communicating with customers to gather information on their formwork requirements and providing engineering with the necessary information to develop efficient forming solutions.
  • Coordinating shipments with distribution to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of general business and sales processes a plus, but not required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the construction industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to read blueprints.
  • Willingness to travel and ability to pass a post-offer pre-employment physical and drug screen.
