Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous professional to take on the role of Financial Reporting Analyst. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of SEC submissions, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and related press announcements.
  • Review and compile necessary documentation for financial statements.
  • Evaluate income statements and balance sheets for accuracy.
  • Ensure timely filing of required documents with the SEC.
  • Conduct monthly closing activities to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Investigate accounting standards pertinent to your designated areas.
  • Maintain regular communication with auditors to facilitate reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX documentation requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
