Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous professional to take on the role of Financial Reporting Analyst. This position entails the collection and preparation of financial information for external disclosures to regulatory bodies, specifically focusing on the preparation of 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K submissions. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of SEC submissions, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and related press announcements.
  • Review and compile necessary documentation for financial statements.
  • Evaluate income statements and balance sheets for accuracy.
  • Ensure timely filing of required documents with the SEC.
  • Conduct monthly closing activities to ensure financial accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
