Compensation: $130,000 – 140,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated team focused on client device and asset management, ensuring career growth and effective resource allocation.
  • Promote a collaborative and service-oriented environment within the team.
  • Implement and uphold global standards and procedures for asset lifecycle management, covering procurement, deployment, retirement, and disposal.
  • Oversee the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of client devices, peripherals, software, and SaaS solutions.
  • Assess and propose new technologies and solutions to improve asset management processes.
  • Enhance asset utilization while identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to refine strategies related to technology expenditure and asset tracking within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in various IT leadership roles, demonstrating a consistent progression of responsibility and scope.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT asset management.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and asset management lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and process optimization methodologies.
  • Experience with ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, CMDB, and related tools and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Direct experience with ServiceNow and SAP is preferred.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies is advantageous.
