Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM System Administrator to join our team at Oak View Group. As a key member of our Premium Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system across multiple Oak View Group venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM System Administration: Oversee all aspects of Salesforce CRM software, including user and license management, new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups for Premium Sales.
  • Customization and Development: Build and maintain custom objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, triggers, flows, etc. to improve the sales and customer relationship management processes.
  • Data Management: Create, manage, and execute CRM data management and hygiene standards and practices across multiple OVG venues.
  • Integration and Optimization: Optimize CRM integrations and processes to improve user efficiency and data quality.
  • Lead and Campaign Distribution: Coordinate and manage lead and campaign distribution across multiple sales teams and venues.
  • Business Intelligence: Develop and implement custom dashboards and reports to provide insights into customer behavior, sales performance, and other key metrics to support OVG Premium leadership and team members.
  • Support and Training: Assist in the development of business intelligence solutions to support decision-making, conduct ongoing user training sessions and support at multiple OVG venues, and create training materials for Salesforce users.
  • System Health and Security: Monitor system health and security and perform regular system audits.
  • Integration and Support: Support ticketing, invoicing, and contract integrations through Salesforce, work with Salesforce vendors to optimize integrations, resolve issues, troubleshoot support-related items, implement updates, and leverage new features.
  • Data Import and Export: Import, export, and manipulate data as needed.

Education and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in CRM administration, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Certifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred.
  • CRM Best Practices: Strong understanding of CRM best practices and sales processes.
  • CRM Customization: Proficiency in CRM customization, including workflows, scripts, and dashboards.
  • CRM Integrations: Experience with CRM integrations and third-party applications.
  • Database Management: Experience with database management and SQL.
  • Marketing Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Business Intelligence: Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools.
