This is a developmental program for graduate nurses who want to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties. The successful candidate will participate in a guided training and developmental program.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care.
  • Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Supervise staff to ensure nursing care is appropriately delegated.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Temporary authorization to practice as a graduate nurse under the direct supervision of a registered nurse as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
