About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance. Your role will be vital in onboarding new hires and providing ongoing training to existing employees to enhance their skills and productivity.

In this full-time, in-office position, you will collaborate with production teams and management to identify training needs and implement effective training solutions. You will oversee the training function and conduct a variety of trainings with area personnel, including office, factory, and field staff.

Key responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, developing training plans, creating new or identifying existing training materials and instructional tools, and working with training providers to customize content. You will also develop and execute post-training evaluations and manage a tracking system for recording employee training-related metrics.

Our ideal candidate will have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, a degree in Human Resources or Education with 5 years related experience, and demonstrated leadership ability. Preferred candidates will have practical experience in developing training for skilled, technical, and non-technical employees.
