Your Role at Vertice

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Cloud Spend Manager to join our post-sales team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our US customers. As a key member of our team, you'll act as the face of Vertice for our customers, collaborating with various departments to ensure customer objectives are met, driving revenue and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the customer lifecycle for large accounts, from onboarding to renewal, building strong relationships and creating customer advocacy
  • Taking a consultative approach to understand each customer's unique requirements, ensuring our buying and product teams have the necessary information to deliver impactful solutions
  • Leading business and ROI reviews with C-suite stakeholders, using data analysis to demonstrate value
  • Identifying customer growth opportunities and executing plans to increase spend
  • Collaborating with internal teams to capture and address customer feedback, prioritizing meaningful product impacts
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding quota and net revenue retention goals
  • Experience working in a SaaS company or fast-growing startup
  • Experience selling SaaS and/or services to finance or procurement leaders, understanding their business objectives and responsibilities within global teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Superb listening skills and ability to dig deeper to uncover customer objectives
  • Independent problem-solving expertise, with experience managing customer risk and escalating support when needed
  • Passionate about customer service, with a proven track record of delivering extraordinary results in high-energy teams
  • Expert project management skills, ensuring stakeholder expectations and objectives are met
  • Able to conduct compelling presentations/business reviews to senior customer stakeholders like CFOs, CPOs, and CTOs
