We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Contract Administrator to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. As a key member of our Cyber and Information Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading the solicitation and RFP review/analysis, proposal preparation, and signoff for production and development programs across multiple customers.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Administration: Negotiate, administer, extend and close standard and nonstandard contracts, ensuring proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
- Customer Relationships: Establish successful working relationships with customers via email, telephone, and in-person when appropriate, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Program Support: Collaborate with the program team (finance, supply chain, quality & mission assurance, legal, pricing, and compliance) to recommend and complete actions to ensure satisfactory program performance, closely monitoring contract funding and payments.
- Contract Data Management: Compile and analyze data, maintain historical information, and enter and maintain contract data into Contract Management System and/or Enterprise Resource Planning System.
- Education: Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of Business, Law, or related work experience or Master's Degree with 4+ years of Business, Law, or related work experience.
- Clearance: Current TS/SCI w/CI Poly Clearance.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe, familiarity with contract terms and conditions (FARS and DFARS), understanding of commercial/US Government contractual instruments, and experience with various contract types.
