Position Overview:
As a key member of Bayer Crop Science's digital farming division, you will play a vital role in advancing sustainable agriculture through cutting-edge technology and scientific innovation. Your contributions will be instrumental in the development of groundbreaking solutions like Climate FieldView and the ForGround platform.

Your Responsibilities:
In the role of UX Researcher (Operations), you will facilitate and enhance user research initiatives across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Research Planning: Collaborate in the creation of research plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with project objectives while managing specific planning tasks under senior guidance.
  • Methodology Application: Gain expertise in research methodologies and best practices to support product managers and apply this knowledge effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide constructive feedback to senior staff regarding product managers' use of user research insights, owning specific feedback-related tasks.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Engage in knowledge exchange with product managers, contributing to discussions and potentially organizing workshops to disseminate insights.
  • Effective Communication: Initiate and maintain communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating knowledge sharing and coaching sessions.
  • Project Coordination: Assist Product Managers in managing user research projects, including participant scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
  • Participant Recruitment: Identify and recruit diverse participants for user research studies, ensuring compliance with research requirements.
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain research data, ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations.
  • Documentation Standards: Help establish and uphold documentation standards for research processes, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Tool Management: Oversee the management of research tools and software, ensuring accessibility and providing support as needed.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or Information Science.
  • 4+ years of experience in user research or UX research.
  • Experience in coordinating user research activities.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  • Understanding of product development processes and the significance of user research.
Preferred:
  • Experience in the agricultural sector.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine curiosity.
  • Ability to create value for both business and customers.
  • Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills.
