As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal by coordinating service work done at site and ensuring it complies with Abb's and customer's guidelines. You will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job, showcasing your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience. In this role, you will also assess gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and work with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified. Additionally, you will track completion of service visits and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner. To succeed in this role, you will need an Associates degree or 2 years' of customer service experience. Travel is not typically required for this role, but you must have a valid work authorization that would permit you to work for Abb in the US. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
