Supervisor - EEG Lab

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our EEG services team at MaineHealth. As a key member of our Neuroscience Service Line, you will be responsible for providing operational oversight of EEG services and personnel at our MMC and MMP Neurology locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training and educational updates to EEG technologists
- Review tests performed and counsel subordinates
- Perform all aspects of the EEG technologist position
- Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Maintain competency in EEG data collection for various procedures
- Contribute to the professional growth of direct reports
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
- Graduate of a CAAHEP Accredited Neurodiagnostic Technology Program; CNIM or CLTM advanced credentials preferred
- Relevant experience as determined by the Director, Neuroscience Service Line; three to five years of progressive management experience in medium to large sized hospitals preferred
