Job Summary

As a Production Supervisor II at Bio-Rad Laboratories, you will provide leadership and direction to the manufacturing team, overseeing lab activities, shipping and receiving, and ensuring the production of high-quality products. Your expertise in manufacturing operations, quality control, and team management will be essential in driving business growth and meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the manufacturing team to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as biology, chemistry, or molecular biology.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production role, with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
What We Offer

At Bio-Rad Laboratories, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $66,200 to $91,100, plus a variable annual bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
