Position Summary:
We are seeking a Client Service Account Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Texas/Mountain Region. This role is pivotal in facilitating, capturing, and managing Client Service Accounts within our Transportation and Infrastructure division. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office each week.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in engineering or related fields within the transportation sector.
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and planning teams to achieve successful sales outcomes.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, respond to RFPs, and secure new business.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and the ability to analyze large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a catalyst to help realize clients' visions and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Development Director and Client Service Account Managers to manage client accounts and develop strategic business plans.
- Assist the Marketing Team in crafting compelling technical proposals and statements of qualifications.
- Work closely with technical and operational teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Facilitate the sales process, including Go/No Go decisions, and align sales costs with potential returns.
- Analyze market data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within client account teams to enhance decision-making outcomes.
- Engage in local industry events and community initiatives to elevate STV's brand presence.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation range for this position is $55,000 to $73,856. STV is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
