About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at the Hope Network Center for Autism. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one direct care to learners aged 18 months to 21 years, teaching independent daily living skills to enhance their quality of life.
  • Collect and record data on learners' behavior to track skill acquisition and distressed behavior reduction goals.
  • Collaborate with team members, including learners' families, to ensure a comprehensive and supportive approach.
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to individualized behavior programming and protocols.
  • Complete documentation and billing accurately and timely.

Requirements
