Job Title: Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address client needs and goals.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients, including behavioral interventions and skill-building activities.
  • Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in the field.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education, social work).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
