Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist/ABA Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide 1:1 care to children with autism in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans using the principles of ABA.
  • Collect data and monitor progress to support client development in areas including communication, leisure and independent play, social skills, and daily living skills.
  • Manage problematic behaviors through effective intervention strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to the clinical team regarding client progress.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful environment at all times.
  • Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers to foster collaborative relationships.
Requirements
  • High school degree or higher.
  • Preferably a portion of or complete bachelor's degree in child development, psychology, or early education.
  • RBT certification in good standing preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Passion for working with children.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check.
