Job Opportunity

Morgans Healthcare is a leading staffing agency specializing in placing healthcare professionals into temporary travel and local contracts across the United States.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team for a temporary assignment in the Kent School District.

Job Summary:

  • Implement behavior management techniques in the form of prevention, intervention, and consequence strategies
  • Conduct ABA-specific therapeutic services at the direction of a BCBA
  • Assist in facilitating SLP, OT, and PT development plans

Requirements:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license
  • 1 year experience as a CBT/RBT
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and clients

Assignment Details:

  • Follows instructions from the BCBA, teacher, and/or program supervisor
  • Implements behavior management techniques in the form of prevention, intervention, and consequence strategies
  • Conducts ABA-specific therapeutic services at the direction of a BCBA

Compensation:

  • $40/hour

Contract:

  • 1 whole school year (open for extension)
  • Kent School District (TBD)
  • Flexible time
  • Day shift - Monday to Friday
