Cedar Sinai Park is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to assigned residents, under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Our goal is to provide care to our residents in an atmosphere of comfort, independence, and dignity.

**Essential Functions:**

• Supervise unit care of residents, assign duties to Certified Nursing Assistants, evaluate completion of duties, and make reassignments as necessary to ensure provision of service to the residents.

• Observe, document, and report any significant changes in the resident's condition that warrants medical and/or nursing intervention.

• Ensure the provision of nursing services and take action to ensure fulfilling resident wishes and promoting the least restrictive alternative of care.

• Revises care plans daily as needed, by identifying problems, formulating measurable goals, and incorporating resident/family wishes and teaching; while respecting and promoting the resident to self-direct their own care.

• Administer medications to assigned residents as ordered by the physician, including intravenous services.

**Qualifications:**

• The ideal candidate for this position is an LPN or with a sound background and a commitment to quality elder care.

• The candidate must have an LPN or license in good standing with OSBN.
